The second edition of the Irish Sailing League has been postponed. The second instalment was due to take place on the weekend of the 10th and 11th of May 2025.

The reason for postponement is very simple, a lack of entries or a lack of entries on time for the event.

Organisers are looking at an alternative date later in the year.

it is very disappointing for the organisers who put much effort into running the event with the interaction of many third parties such as;

  1. GiPSy buoy who were providing Robotic Marks

  2. Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council for sponsoring the event under a tourism grant

  3. The Royal Irish Yacht Club for being the host club for the event

  4. Irish Sailing for being joint organising authority

  5. Irish National Sailing and Powerboat School for their fleet of one design keelboats

    Stay tuned for announcements of another date later this year.
